Chougule (Anna), Founder President of Gyan Ganga Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. Shripatrao Chougule Vidhi Mahavidyalaya was established with the objective of nurturing future legal professionals who are not only academically competent but also socially sensitive and ethically grounded.
